Bespocare Plus provides support in the home for people with mental health issues, dementia, or requiring palliative care or complex care. We help with personal care, overnight care, medication management, respite care, mobility support, meal preparation, companionship and emotional support and housekeeping tasks.

Will I get the same carer on each visit?2024-03-25T07:22:29+00:00

This will depend on your care needs and your circumstances and can differ depending on what type of care you require.  With Live-in care it can be one or two staff members, for 4 calls a day (visiting care) we usually operate a team of 2 to 4 staff. Bespocare Plus will always try to maintain continuity with carers to provide the best possible care to support each individual.

Bespocare Plus provides care in West Midlands in the Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell, Wolverhampton, Walsall and and surrounding areas. Please contact us to check availability in your area.

It is compulsory for Home Care providers to be insured and a copy of our insurance cover is available upon request.

All Bespocare Plus staff are fully trained, starting with an induction and followed by a three day training period. Training will continue with all delegates working towards completing their Care Certificate during the first three months of employment.

Many staff members have their Level 2 and 3, and have previously trained through local colleges and remote training providers. We encourage and support our staff to obtain these qualifications. Our management team have Level 5 and come with vast knowledge of all aspects of providing Health and Social Care.

Some of the courses that our staff are trained in include Medication, First Aid, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Control and GDPR. We support our staff with distance learning in areas such as Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, Complex Care, End of Life and many other areas.
